Ruffles. They bring back precious childhood memories. Of a red dress with a full ruffled skirt I wore to my eighth birthday party, or a pink and white ruffled dress I wanted to wear everyday because it made me feel and look like a princess. To this day, I still can't turn away from a good ruffle on a dress, skirt, top, and even on a quilt. They are undeniably romantic, yet sweet and so very twirl-worthy.
