Baudouin photography ....

Monday, April 18

Up to this point, I envisioned the quintessential Parisian to be absolutely graceful, sophisticated, cultured, chic, confident and always impeccably dressed. French photographer Baudouin aims to dispel that belief with his project, "I am a parisian lady."

This project involved him shooting Parisian ladies from an unknown background at their home and in the middle of their daily lives. To him, they "....carry the Parisian culture without the desire to become Parisians." I love that he captured them as quirky, cheeky, youthful and very playful. Thank you Mervi of My Best Friend Jules for "introducing" me to this incredible photographer.
